I won the Aquanas Australian Pastry Cup 2012, the Krio Crush Chef of the Year 2012, the Best Show Piece, a Gold medal for the Kitchen Aid 2 Desserts Challenge, a Silver medal for 4 Plated Desserts, and a Bronze medal for Petit Fours.
