This is a cake I did for my fiance's grandfather, who was turning 90 years old.
He loves football and had his birthday at Essendon Football Club.
For the base I made dark chocolate mud cake, which I covered with brown icing.
My partner made a design with the computer then we printed it and used it as a template.
I used hot steam to stick all parts together.
I covered the candles with icing paste then dried them out for 2 days.
