"Stage" at Chez Marcon




This is the restaurant Regis et Jaques Marcon, the 3-star restaurant where I did work experience as a pastry chef for 4 months.



































































































                   Winter again, It is already May....







































Spring came!!!














This is the traditional way to celebrate for finishing 'stage' at Restaurant Marcon.


































We picked fresh herbs and flowers everyday outside the restaurant.
